Ranko Markuš

Ranko Markuš, PhD in economics has 15 years of work experience. He has been working as the director of GOPA mbH, a representative office in BiH since October 2008, and he has been Team Leader of the Youth Employment Project (YEP) since October 2013, and the founder of the Impakt Investment Foundation. He is a member of the Management Board of the Council of Foreign Investors of BiH. Before this engagement, he worked at the London School of Economics Enterprise, as Economic Development Adviser, EuroConsultants in Thessaloniki, as a Foreign Direct Investment Specialist and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as Municipal Development Planning Team Leader.

Alma Suljović

Alma Suljović, Master of Pedagogy with more than 13 years of professional experience, and a doctoral candidate in the field of pedagogy at the University of Sarajevo. She works as Human Resources Development Specialist at the Impakt Investment Foundation. Previously, she worked as the Head of the Employment Department of GOPA mbH on the Youth Employment Project (YEP). She worked as a youth employment expert for the Youth Program in SOS in BiH, and as a counsellor in the Employment Service of Sarajevo Canton while she gained her first work experience in the Public Administration Reform Coordinator’s Office. In addition to this role, she has worked as a project coordinator and / or consultant on IBHI, UNDP projects.

Venesa Omerhodžić Klempić

Venesa Omerhodžić Klempić is Active Employment Measures Specialist at the Impakt Investment Foundation. Previously, she was a Senior Human Resources Development Specialist at the Youth Employment Project (YEP), with 10 years of work experience in the field of labor market and employment services system; she has a special role in coordinating the reform of public employment services. As a Professor of English Language and Literature, she has continued her continuous training since 2016 at the joint Master Program of the Faculty of Economics in Sarajevo and the University of Zagreb in the field of Human Resource Management and Knowledge Management.

Mirela Omerović

Mirela Omerović is Executive Director of the Impakt Investment Foundation. Previously, she was engaged in the position of Head of the Entrepreneurship Sector at the Youth Employment Project (YEP). She performed the function of Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Youth of Tuzla Canton and was engaged in the Center for Entrepreneurship Development Tuzla, but also the Business StartUp Center of the University of Tuzla. She has more than 15 years of experience in the field of entrepreneurship and has directly participated in the establishment of more than 200 new businesses in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and is one of the most successful mentors in the field of establishing and running business. She graduated Faculty of Economics in Tuzla, but also at the University of Novi Sad, where she completed a master’s degree in entrepreneurship.

Amela Gajić

Amela Gajić is Finance Manager and the founder of the Impakt Investment Foundation, responsible for finances and administration, logistics and monitoring the results of the Youth Employment Project (YEP). She has 20 years of work experience before she worked for GOPA mbH as an administrative officer in the projects of the Delegation of the European Union to BiH in the field of higher and secondary education.

  • Una Bejtović, an expert in the field of communications, completed three cycles of training for employees of the Public Employment Services
  • Professor Emir Agić provided support in the calculation of external indicators for the performance monitoring system in the RS Employment Service

  • Meri Lorenčič, former employee of the Employment Service of Slovenia, a person with experience in the development of employment services in the region and former director of the European Training Foundation for BiH, conducted coaching support services and employment services in BiH and conducted introductory and specialist training for employees/service counselors/institute; engaged in the development of the Methodology of cooperation with employers, but also the Methodology of profiling the unemployed
  • Dr Nedim Čaušević, engaged in the implementation of the Introductory training for registrars of employment services/offices in BiH and the development of the Catalog of processes for PES.
  • Ivana Martinović, economist, engaged in the project as a coordinator and project assistant during 2018 and 2019.
  • Rasim Tulumović, project management expert, engaged in the evaluation of the efficiency of the Mobile Bureau in JUSZZBPK Goražde.
  • Dr. Umihanić Bahrija, professor at the University of Tuzla, engaged in the preparation of a situation analysis for the Employment Service of the West Herzegovina County;
  • Zdenka Kovač, former Minister of Regional Development and Director of the Employment Service of the Republic of Slovenia was engaged in training trainers for cantonal employment services during August;
  • Dženana Alađuz, director of INFOHOUSE with experience in conducting training, was engaged during the Teambuilding workshop for employees of the Public Institution Employment Service of Tuzla Canton and training of trainers for employees of cantonal employment services;
  • Jelena Čelan, the architect engaged in the development of conceptual solutions for the adaptation of infrastructure in public employment services;
  • Marina Radik, Karolin Koreveski, Jaanika Kraus, and Teele Okas perform professional work – counseling, evaluation and monitoring in working with unemployed people with a focus on the development and monitoring of individual employment plans in the National Employment Service of Estonia – were engaged in the project during a workshop for managers Public Employment Services as well as workshops for the development of a Methodology for the evaluation of Individual Employment Plans;
  • Erol Mujanović, an expert on the labor market and entrepreneurship, on the development of a new Rulebook on records in the field of employment in the FBiH and situation analysis for cantonal employment services;
  • Mia Hadžiahmetović, master of education, specialized in secondary education, career planning of young people, engaged in the project during 2016 and 2017 as a senior expert associate for human resources development.
  • Zdenka Kovač, former Minister of Regional Development and Director of the Employment Service of the Republic of Slovenia, was engaged in the preparation of a situation analysis for four canonical PES and the Employment Service of the Brčko District;
    Vanja Hazl is a former employee of the Employment Service of the Republic of Slovenia, in order to develop training plans for PES employees, she is the Competence Framework and quality standards in business processes;
  • Meri Lorenčič is a former employee of the Employment Service of Slovenia, and a person with experience in the development of employment services in the region, and the former director of the European Training Foundation for BiH.
  • Saša Niklanovič has many years of experience in the field of career guidance and employment policy, and was engaged in YEP during workshops for leaders of Job Search Clubs with the aim of improving their skills in relation to profiling the unemployed, setting employment goals, etc .;
  • Vjekoslav Radišić is a Croatian expert on employment policies who was engaged during the workshop for the establishment of local partnerships with the aim of strengthening the capacity of partner organizations;
  • Thomas Rudy is a consultant with many years of experience in developing entrepreneurship support models. The youth employment project hired him to develop a detailed concept of the Impact Investment Foundation, which will support young entrepreneurs and startups in a self-sustainable way.
  • Azra Kadić is a graphic designer who worked on the design of project materials,
  • Zukić Nermin was engaged during the development of the concept of support for the development of (social) entrepreneurship, which should be implemented within component II of the Youth Employment Project.
  • Dr. Macura Rajko is a professor at Banja Luka College and has many years of experience in the non-governmental sector. As a YEP expert, he participated in the development of a platform on social entrepreneurship for the Republika Srpska.
  • Dr. Čaušević Nedim was engaged in the development of the Process Catalog in JUSZZZKS – the development of this document is an important prerequisite for the introduction of electronic document management systems;
  • Kubat Senad is an architect hired to develop conceptual solutions for the offices in the Public Institution Employment Service of the Sarajevo Canton in order for the infrastructure to be adjusted to the new work model;
  • Šehovac Vesna was engaged in the development of the web application berzarada.ba, in addition she provided professional support in the digitization of questionnaires for the implementation of training needs;
  • Sulojdžić Aida was hired as a professional support during the workshop for JUSZZKS employees with the aim of improving the counseling process and developing individual employment plans;
  • Galić Marijana was engaged in the preparation of the analysis of the questionnaire on the need for additional education of employees of public employment services.
  • Dr. Kolenović Đapo Jadranka is a professor at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Sarajevo. Engaged in the development of a training plan for employees of public employment services.
  • Pedja Kazazovic, a graphic designer and photographer, was engaged in the creation of promotional material – cards with success stories and calendars for 2017.
  • Zdenka Kovač was engaged in the development of the methodology of the Mobile Bureau, a workshop for the leaders of Job Search Clubs and participated in the planning meeting for the preparation of the third phase of the Youth Employment Project;
  • Benwardt Brink is a German expert on active labor market policies. Engaged in the process of preparing the concept of YEP support for entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship.
  • Meri Lorenčič supported the development of the methodology and action plan of the Mobile Bureau and participated in the planning meeting for the preparation of the third phase of the Youth Employment Project
  • Ivan Takač, a Slovak expert, was hired with the aim of giving recommendations, proposals and methodology for new approaches in the implementation of active measures provided by the PES in BiH.
  • Thobois Geatene (France) was engaged during the Introductory training for JUSZZKS employees, especially on methodologies for working with hard-to-employ people, development of IPZ and techniques for motivating and activating the unemployed;
  • Michael Chambers was hired as a senior consultant to create project documents during the preparation of the first concept of the third phase of the Youth Employment Project.
  • Dr. Umihanić Bahrija, professor at the University of Tuzla, engaged in the preparation of situational analyzes for employment services, which expressed interest to participate in the reform process.
  • Edin Puzić web developer, created the website of the Youth Employment Project;
  • Dr. Šunje Aziz is a professor at the Faculty of Economics, University of Sarajevo, and as an expert associate of YEP he was engaged in creating tools for making business plans.
  • Emir Kurtić was engaged during the definition of formulas and calculations for the tool for making business plans for potential entrepreneurs.
  • Kadić Azra, graphic designers, created visual solutions for the promotional materials of the Project – cards with success stories and a calendar for 2015.
  • Handel Adel, an information technology expert, was engaged in supporting the IT system of the Republika Srpska Employment Service;
  • Ponjevic Nenad is a graphic designer with many years of experience. He produced a book of graphic standards for the Youth Employment Project.
  • Dr. Čaušević Nedim has prepared the Catalog of Processes in ZZZRS, the development of this document is an important prerequisite for the introduction of electronic document management systems;
  • Agić Emir, conducted a training “Basics of the statistical program SPSS” for employees of the Employment Service of Republika Srpska and the Employment Service of Sarajevo Canton in order to improve their skills in using performance monitoring systems.

  • Kovač Zdenka was engaged in the preparation of a monitoring report on the work of the experimental bureaus Novo Sarajevo and Doboj and a methodology that defines the transfer of practices and a new model of work to other bureaus in JU SZZKS and ZZZRS
  • Lorenčič Meri conducted introductory training for employees of the Public Institution Employment Service of Sarajevo Canton
  • Michael Chambers, as a long-term associate of YEP, was engaged during the regular meetings of the leaders of the Job Search Clubs in order to plan and improve the work of the Clubs.

  • Kokanović Aleksandra developed the Communication Strategy of the second phase of the Youth Employment Project with defined goals and results such as the publication of success stories of young people who were employed after the support of the PES or YEP;
  • Mijatović Mladen, an expert in statistics, was engaged during the survey of the level of satisfaction of PES clients;
  • Anel Hadžiaganović, programmer, developed a software framework for creating a web application for creating business plans

  • Kulenović Jan Zlatan was engaged in the development of the manual “Opportunities for Youth” and conducted training for employees of PES (CISO centers) on how to use informal opportunities for work engagement and activation of young people
