Sanja Miovčić

Previously, she spent nine years as the Executive Director of the Foreign Investors Council (FIC), where she played a pivotal role in shaping the business climate and advocating for investor-friendly reforms. Prior to that, she was the Business Development & Marketing Manager for over a decade at Wolf Theiss, a prominent Austrian consulting and law firm.

Sanja specializes in advising companies on investment strategy, business development, and market positioning, backed by strong skills in strategic planning, problem-solving, and international networking. Throughout her career, she has participated in elite fellowship and executive programs across the USA, UK, China, Germany, and Austria, including:

· The British–Bosnia and Herzegovina Fellowship Programme (London)

· The U.S. State Department’s International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP)

· Stanford University’s Leadership Academy for Development (LAD)

In 2024, she was selected for the Berlin Founders Program, an initiative empowering young innovators from Southeast Europe. She also provided consulting services for startups through Science Park Graz in Austria and is a Partner of Keiretsu Forum SEE, contributing to the development of the regional startup ecosystem. Keiretsu Forum is a global investment community with 53 chapters across four continents.

In 2025, she became the first Senator representing Bosnia and Herzegovina at the Mediterranean Tourism Foundation, underscoring her influence in promoting sustainable regional development.

Besides, Sanja holds numerous leadership positions in international and regional organizations, including:

· Past President, President Elect and Board Member, IFTDO (International Federation of Training and Development Organizations), headquartered in London

· Member of Advisory Board of the EU–Western Balkans Business Council, headquartered in Brussels

Fluent in English and French and proficient in Italian, Spanish, and German, Sanja is also a certified NLP Master Practitioner. She frequently speaks at high-level conferences across Europe and beyond and is widely recognized as one of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s most influential voices in business and civic development.

Although she has received numerous offers to continue her career abroad, Sanja remains firmly committed to driving progress and innovation within Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Western Balkans. Beyond her professional work, she is passionate about writing, reading, and sailing. Her first book will be published in 2026.

Executive Director, Investment Foundation Impakt | Strategic Advisor on Business Development & Entrepreneurship, Foreign Investment

Sanja is a highly accomplished executive with over 25 years of experience in international business, investment promotion, and strategic consulting. She currently serves as the Executive Director of the Impakt Investment Foundation, leading initiatives that support entrepreneurship and sustainable economic growth in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Western Balkans.

Danijela Jakovljević

She has passed both the bar exam and the judicial exam, and her completion of the Business Academy – Entrepreneurship track has further enhanced her competencies in creating innovative business models and strategic management. Her professional background combines legal expertise with hands-on experience in entrepreneurship support, including business registration, regulatory compliance, and advisory services for startups and small businesses.

At Impakt, Danijela has played a key role in the implementation of entrepreneurship support programmes, working directly with beneficiaries through training, mentoring, and business advisory services. She has supported users throughout the full cycle of business developmentfrom idea generation and business planning to market entry and early-stage growth. She is also experienced in developing training content, facilitating workshops, and providing practical tools and guidance tailored to entrepreneurs.

Her earlier professional experience includes positions within the Ministry of Justice of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council, and UNDP, where she worked on legal analysis, project implementation, and regulatory alignment with EU standards. This background provides her with a strong understanding of institutional and legal frameworks relevant to entrepreneurship and employment.

Danijela Jakovljević is an expert in entrepreneurship development and a Project Manager at the Investment Foundation Impakt, with extensive experience in designing and delivering support programmes for self-employment and small business development in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Dejan holds a Master of Science in Management and European Integration from the University of the West of England (UK), a Bachelor of Economics from the University of East Sarajevo, and a specialization in IT Project Management.

He has held senior roles with UNDP Bosnia and Herzegovina, where he led the flagship Digital Transformation in the Public Sector project, and previously served as a Governance Adviser and Programme Manager at the British Embassy in Sarajevo, overseeing large-scale governance and digital government portfolios funded by the UK Government. His career also includes long-term leadership positions at the Public Administration Reform Coordinator’s Office and collaboration with GIZ on institutional strengthening programmes.

Dejan is an alumnus of Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education and has been actively involved in regional and international professional networks focused on good governance, digital government, and public sector innovation. His work spans Bosnia and Herzegovina at all administrative levels, with a strong focus on sustainable reforms, institutional capacity building, and the practical implementation of digital solutions in government.

Dejan Buha is a governance and digital transformation expert with nearly two decades of experience working at the intersection of public administration reform, digital governance, and international development. He is currently a Manager for cooperation and development at Investment Foundation Impakt and acts as a consultant, advising governments and international organizations on public sector digital transformation, ICT policy, and service delivery reform.

She has extensive experience in coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives involving public institutions, international organizations, donors, and the private sector. Through her 12 years employment with the Foreign Investors Council in Bosnia and Herzegovina, she coordinated expert committees, contributed to policy development processes, and facilitated structured dialogue between the business community and government institutions, particularly in areas related to investment climate and economic reforms.

Tea has strong experience in the preparation and implementation of donor-funded projects, including initiatives supported by GIZ, USAID, RCC, UNDP, etc. Her responsibilities have included project coordination, stakeholder engagement, development of project proposals and operational tools, organization and facilitation of meetings and events, and management of project documentation, reporting, and compliance with donor requirements.

Within the Investment Foundation Impakt, she has been actively involved in entrepreneurship support programmes as a trainer and mentor, working directly with beneficiaries on business idea development and preparation of project applications, which provides her with practical insight into user needs and programme delivery.

Tea Kajan is a legal and project management professional with over ten years of experience in legal affairs, international cooperation, business environment development, and donor-funded project implementation in Bosnia and Herzegovina. She holds a Master’s degree in Law and currently works as a Project manager at the Investment Foundation Impakt, where she is engaged in the design and implementation of programmes supporting entrepreneurship, self-employment, and local economic development.

She began her professional career through an engagement in the office of U.S. Senator Jeff Merkley, where she gained insight into work in politics, foreign affairs, and communications. Her interest in the labor market and business processes continued to develop at Popcorn Recruiters, where she worked as a Market Research Associate.

She went on to continue her professional development at Evvolve & Partners, where she started as an intern during her studies and today works as a Staffing Coordinator, with a focus on talent selection and team coordination. At the same time, she has been building a career in digital marketing as an Account Manager at the agency Reach Realm, where she manages client relationships and leads projects in a modern digital environment.

Alongside her professional work, Sara is also committed to social engagement. She is a participant in the Impakt RAYE 2025 program and actively volunteers with the Red Cross. During her studies, she also took part in a volunteer program in Puerto Rico, where she worked on rebuilding communities affected by natural disasters.

Her experience is shaped by work in an international environment, strong communication and organizational skills, and a deep motivation for continuous growth and contributing to the community.

Sara Purković belongs to a generation of young professionals building their experience through international education and work in dynamic environments. She began her education at the United World College in Mostar (UWC Mostar), one of the most diverse educational settings in the region. She continued her academic journey in the United States, where she earned a degree in Psychology and International Relations from Lewis & Clark College in Portland. During her studies, she further expanded her knowledge at Queen Mary University of London, focusing on business and marketing.

Kenan Kurdić

Tatjana Vučić

Diploma iz međunarodne ekonomije i menadžmenta te magistarski studij iz inovacija i tehnologije sa Univerziteta BOCCONI (Italija), uz postdiplomsku specijalizaciju iz strateškog menadžmenta i liderstva sa HARVARD Univerziteta (SAD). 

Obrazovanje stečeno i na najprestižnijim univerzitetima u Velikoj Britaniji, Kanadi i SAD-u. Članica MENSA-e. Strateg, vizionarka i pokretačica promjena, angažovana na brojnim globalnim projektima (UN, UNDP, ILO, USAID, GIZ…). Filantropkinja i mentorica stotinama mladih talenata u BiH i regiji. Certificirana NLP trenerica i coach, TA savjetnica i stručnjakinja u oblasti psihoanalize lidera. Inspirativna govornica (500+ nastupa). Ponosna samohrana majka troje djece.

Samira Šurković

Samira Šurković je certificirani računovođa s preko 20 godina iskustva u računovodstvu, finansijama i poreznom savjetovanju. 

Orijentirana je na rezultate i ima veliko regionalno iskustvo, posebno u srednjoj i istočnoj Evropi. Trenutno vodi AssetFin, firmu za finansijsko računovodstvo usmjerenu na pružanje visokokvalitetnih savjetodavnih usluga s naglaskom na finansiranje poduzetništva i strategije održivog rasta. Radi s različitim vrstama kompanija, uključujući samostalne poduzetnike, startupove i mala preduzeća, promovirajući otvorenu komunikaciju, razmjenu znanja i cjeloživotno učenje. Samira je također bila finansijski stručnjak u projektu LEADER („Aktivacija lokalne ekonomije – Razvoj kroz oporavak poduzetništva“), savjetujući o knjigovodstvenim propisima, procesima registracije preduzeća, zakonima o PDV-u i nudeći direktnu podršku poduzetnicima putem individualnih konsultacija i online komunikacije.

Dina Duraković
